All rates are quoted weekly in US$. The rates do not include 5% government tax.
Maid service 6 days a week, gardening and swimming pool maintenance are included in the price.
10% discount for stays of 3 weeks and for regular guests.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required within 5 days of the reservation.
Your reservation will be only confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
Final payment is due 20 days prior to your arrival in St Martin.
Payment can be done by bank transfer or by travelers check.
A security deposit will be required at your arrival.
